CMOY : built into desktop computer.

Hi,
I searched everywhere and didn't found any info on what I sould do.
As my first project, I decided to build a CMOY amp whith help from this site. I already have tools for it, all I need is the components.

I would like to have that amplifier to mainly boost my desktop output and to do that, I would like to build it into my computer case. I have the room for that. My front panel audio output on my sound card (xonar DX) is free so I would like to use it.

Here are the changes I want to do :
  • Change the input for a front panel audio connector to connect it directly to the sound card
  • Plug it directly to the power supply via a molex 4 pin plug.

I found a female molex 4 pin socket, but couldn't find something for the audio connector.
Is there something I should know about the power source change?
Does someone know what is the name of that front audio panel plug? I just try to find the socket for it on Mouser and just can't, neither for the cable to plug it (even only the cable would be fine if I cut it and solder the wires).

Thank you

Thanks for the reply,
You are right, it is made to handle headphones. I don't even know if I posted in the right forum considering your reply 🙂
The headphones I want to drive with it are the super.fi 5 pro and the ath-m50.
I think that the way it is shown, it is going to be fine. Only a small tweak to adjust the gain and I'm going to be fine.
