Tripath can sell you the chips directly. Send an email to the sales department and they will send you a PO Form. It is in Excel format. Fill it out and send it back to them. The TA0104A drivers were $27.50 or so the last time I checked with them. This is a standard circuit from the application notes available at Tripath.com
