Chicago Transformer 7533-F

The only markings I can see on my interstage driver transformer are on the bottom and they are 7533-F.

I think it is type "S".

There are 6 connections marked:

4 5 6

Is 7533-F the actual part number?

And does anyone have the specs? Thanks.
