Hi you will regret this choice without doubt but only after you have tried the cheaper versions.

Why!?

Because the Talema types are superior in more than 1 aspect. Our friends in China are aware of this and often offer Talema as a more expensive upgrade option. For instance in linear PSUs.

If you like cheap garbage and quality is not on your priority list then you could try out the famous BingZi types. Those are the ones I recycle directly when I see them. Stante pede, rücksichtslos.

Yes, Talema transformers have primary windings for the more or less standardized 230V mains voltage and they don’t object to 240V either. Official 2 x 120V versions do exist that can be handy for highish mains voltage or to minimize losses.
