I looked at the circuit surronding the tda7073 and finally found that there was a cap and a resistor missing (I have another cd-pro for a friend). I should stop drinking when soldering a clock on a small PCB.
I don't know what I've done but I probably unsolder these two components with my soldering iron.
the problem isn't with your clock at all and now it works fine 🙂
I will compare 8.4672 vs 33.8688 since I have both 🙂
Another thing, do you know a better 3.3v reg that the one used by philips ? (same pinout and package would be great)
