Cause of extreme voltage swing at turn on

I have an PS Audio Delta 100 which has issues with one channel . From what
I have read elsewhere they have problems with the Matched JFET inputs
used and have been experiencing a voltage swing of up to 2.4 volts on the
output ( unloaded , no speaker or load resistor) on the defective channel.
The channel operating properly has no such swing and is close the the .045
it has while on no matter what the load. Curious any potential areas to look
at in regard to this offset? IE input stage? outputs?... I have heard the
JFET inputs can be problematic due to being over voltaged from the design.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

One side note after initial turn on this offset swing disappears...
