Carlsboro,fuses keep blowing

I have a carlsboro cobra 90 bass amp thats keeps blowing the fuse when switched on,
Does anyone have a clue whats going on,?

Output transistors, short circuit. Is the usual cause or smoothing capacitors leaking badly or mains transformer is short circuit caused by poor connection to the mains supply, (loose screw in the plugtop).
