These caps were pretty decent at the time they were used in my phonostage. Is there anything that I could replace them with that would give audible improvement. They are 0.015uf 600V.
If it's not about power supplies, any tin foilded polystyren imho should work better, LCR brand have very good ones at 2% acuracy axial or radial and you certainly do not need 600 V if filter network or DC blocking cap ath the output.
