I can convert the built-in internal SMPS of DCX2496 and DEQ2496 for 12V operation, preserving low EMI and line isolation from original unit and featuring 'remote' turn-on and 8V to 16V input voltage range.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

This is the PCB fixture for the primary side. It replaces a section of the original PCB and has the same size, so no machining is required.

This is the almost-finished SMPS after primary side replacement and transformer rewinding.

Bad news is that shipping between Spain and USA may cost more than the equipment itself, and transferring currency is a mess, but I'd do it anyway for a reasonable price.

you cna always use a parametric EQ; the Behringer Feedback Destroyer (BFD) is quite popular. I'm not sure if you can "lower" the frequencies on a Behringer digital EQ unit to make it a "subwoofer" EQ or not - I'm not familiar with the rest of the Behringer family. There is always the DIY solution. I have a construction article around here somewhere about making your own subwoofer EQ, but it's labor-intensive. It's a project of the "make this circuit, then repeat 29 more times with the capacitor values from the table" type.
