Cap values needed

Hi there,
I want to exchange the cheap coupling caps on the Cary SLP 90 clone board but the caps I have at hand are not rated 400v as the once on the board.
Do I really need the 400v rated caps at this position?

Hi, Coupling caps are on position C13. See first picture.

Your B+ is less than 280V, I'd say 350V or higher.

C9 would suffice with 400Volt, C13 200 Volt would do

Is there a reason why C9 has two parallel 0.1 uf caps instead of one 0.22uf?
