a DACT CT-101 pre amp module? A friend has purchased the DACT and is thinking of using the power supply section of the BOSOZ.
The DACT requires a +24 0 -24 volt supply and I know that the BOSOZ PSU can be derated to lower voltages but I am unsure if it represents a + 0 - type supply.
Any info is appreciated.

Yes it can be used, but you have to remove a couple of zener diodes. For example three 9.1V zener diodes (instead of six) in series will create 3 * 9,1V = 27,3V at the gate of the mosfet. This will create around 27,3 - 3,5 = 23,8V (The 3,5V is lost over the mosfet)
