Bulb has crack inside

I have one ushio bulb and there has some pieces broken glass from the glass tube which is around outside the wire inside the bulb,my question is this bulb still useable? is this will cause any problem?

Don't take the risk, it could blow up on you and severely damage you lenses and lcd, or your face and hands
