I am going to build two Zen Balanced preamps to be used in a Bi amped system.
Would I be compromising any if I only used one power supply to power all four channels???

audionut: Do you mean ... two pairs of balanced output from one power supply ... from one BOSOZ? If that's what you meant, I'm sure that would be fine.
Why don't you built one big power supply for all four channels (transformer, bridge and caps) and then separate active regulators for ea. channel with aditional caps. The regulator is just one mosfet and few diodes so you don't do that much extra work for additional regulators. Otherwise you sacrifice a bit of performance.

Two amps, yes, but two preamps?
I need two preamps beause I am using them as a sort of active filter...The output of the DAC will go to a set of L/C filters and then on to four channels of Aleph 3 type amps and then on to MTM type speakers.
