Does any body know what are the box measures, including port if there is one?

You could estimate the dimensions pretty closely from the photos in the same folder:
Index of /pics/seas
combined with the Seas recommended enclosures (since the xover design came from Seas, it seems likely they used their recommended alignment). It appears to be basically a mini Trym.
