Anybody know what this is. Tried to google it. Bionic, Bionic 300w and so on. No results.
It is supposed to be an amplifier but I have never seen amp like this before. Looks more like an graphic equalizer. 300w although says it is an amp.
Any info on this would be great.

I don't know how old this piece is but back in the '70s and '80s EQ/boosters were popular. These looked like what you have. The ones with higher power typically had transformer based amplifier (transistors drove transformers which drove the speakers). The lower powered ones simply had an IC with BTL output (like modern head units).
