Bias current adjustment of Pioneer SA-8500II amplifier

Hi everyone,

I have a newbie question so please bear with me on this one.

I recently acquired a Pioneer SA-8500II amplifier and would like to adjust the Bias current to the manufacturer specification.

The service manual of this amplifier states that after removing the jumper plugs from the pre/power terminals, the POWER-IN terminals should be terminated with 5.1k resistors. It also requires to connect 8ohm resistors to the speaker terminals.

My question is what should be the wattage of the 5.1k & 8ohm resistors?

Any help will be appreciated.
