Hi Pierre,
Thank you for you reply. Unsure if P1DD is same as P1P which is a single domain device (analog 🙂. Do you have the option/equipment to read-out the eprom?

Hello,
I don't have any equipment related to eprom, but I'm willing to get some. I heard that some eprom may failed after a while 25 years or so and it's a good idea to get a safety copy.
Nevertheless I may require some friends to help me.
What would you recommend?
Regards,
Pierre

Hi Pierre,
Good to hear that you plan to make a copy.
I think with a standard eprom programmer like TL866II Plus USB which you can find on Amazon etc.
The AP-P1 is very easy to open, 6 screw on the bottom and lift the cap.
Then removing the EPROM from its socket is easy.
I am willing to take a share in the cost of the eprom programmer / eprom ic.
To check which type it is I will remove the sticker and check the type of eprom.
regards, Alex
