So aside from the output network are most of them the right size (or in toher words as small as they can safely be) because i wana use as close to the right value as possable but i don't wana go too low.
I don't know about this particular circuit, but usually if the resistor is not used to reduce the voltage, 0.25 or 0.5 W is enough. Anyway, if you notice that it gets too hot you can always replace it with a bigger one.
The 4R7 output resistor only needs to be big if you are going to run full power 20 kHz sinewaves on the bench, or maybe for some non-audio application. For normal music a 1 watt should be just fine, use carbon not wirewound which are sometimes inductive and would therefore defeat the purpose.

For this particular resistor you can also use a couple of 0.6 W metal film, 2-4 pcs. Easier if you have a couple of 22-47 ohms.
