I have an ICEPower 125ASX2 based amp (just a pure module, no buffer or anything before it), which when I turn it on makes a very slight pop noise. It really is not loud, much more quiet compared to how I'd listen to music even at night.
My question is that do I need to worry about this damaging my speaker, if I turn the amplifier on/off once per day?
Or are products like Guardian-86 more about very loud clicks and pops, what happen when you connect/disconnect 3.5 mm jack connectors for example on a turned on amp?

No need to worry. Even relatively loud turn on thumps or pops aren't usually enough to damage anything, but a barely audible pop is going to put no more stress on your speaker than playing music softly.
