Arcam alpha 5 plus cd player tray.

Hello ,

i have a slight problem with opening and closing tray on this player , it will open but will not close to the end i need to push it a little to close , i heard that a cog need to be aligned but i dont know how if any one could help with that or it is the different problem.

Boiling the belt was a solution but buying a new one is better.
