Hi,
well the title says it already. Did anyone ever try the Dayton LW150-4 driver and can tell me how it performs?

I've tried simulating one and it's an absolute nigtmare from the high fidelity point of view, of course.
Use the frd and zma files provided by Dayton Audio and load these to a simulator. Then try to make a low pass filter of some sort. Before that, think about how much of bsc will you be using. After all, the flat membrane has to have something to do with it. I won't comment any further since two replies is already enough of a hassle along with an hour of simulator time.
Appeared to be a very low profile subwoofer solution, what were you hoping to use it for?
I'd say unless space was a premium to look elsewhere for something with less compromises.

You may have seen my other thread. I am searching for a low profile solution for an on-wall speaker. Below 80Hz a subwoofer will take over and above ~200-400Hz a midrange or full range speaker.
Thus, I thought, let's ask more specific about this driver.

I've never used it but it seems to be fine for the 80-400hz range.
