Anyone out the able to program a PIC16C72-04/SP chip for me?

I have a Willem Programmer and works great for my EPROMs (29F04), but having issues getting a HEX file onto a PIC16F72 / PIC16C72...anyone out there able to burn me a chip if I supply the HEX?
