Anyone know specs fot MT9680 transistor

Hi. trying to find specs for the MT9680 transistor so I can look for a substitute, also need MT9630 specs

Easier to know what it was used in and where, and deduce the required specs from that.

MT 9680: 100V, 0,5A PNP.

.....from my quick ref. list: mt9630 si-npn , similar to a bc546 (probably different pin layout?)
