Any high efficiency woofers that are NOT made from paper???

I would really like to find a nice high efficiency woofer (around 98 db) that is not made from paper. Carbon fibre or polypropylene would be nice. Have any of you guys ever seen one?

the "composite" in the selenium QCF makes me think paper wrapped up in a black goo to improve it's moisture resistance.

It's actually a woven cone. Like a tarp made of (carbon fiber?) then coated or saturated with the "composite" Nothing organic about it. Feels like hard plastic, quite stiff.

Yes, but I must warn you, it does sound a little plasticy until you reach 10 or so watts. From then on it's hard to tell from any other PA driver. Quite a little workhorse. Too much driver for the A7 cabinets.
