Hello, this is my first post and I apologize in advance if this was already covered somewhere on the site; I dont have time to read through all the posts.
I noticed that there are two LED lights by the volume pot but only one is lit. Is this an indication that the MUTE fuction activated or its in SLEEP mode or somthing? What is the best way to test this unit with a Multimeter? I have printed and read the "white sheet" from Lepai. Should I test the pins on the chip for voltages or will that potentially damage the unit?
I am completely new to ALL of this. I really would like this to work, I spent a lot of time already on this and fried a couple boards in the process. Time is running out, I ll be on the river soon and need my jams!!!! Please help!

I ve taken a couple photos of the project I m working on and the mods I have already performed on the Lepai LP-2020A+. I have done some research but am so new to electrical troubleshooting, I cannot move forward.
