Apparently the capacitor holds charge and releases it when heavy loads require it, relieving the alternator of some of it's load

Of course, car manufacturers have never heard of capacitors and, at least in Europe, are under great pressure from governments to increase fuel usage so would not use this technology. Once again, the small gadget makers are helping the common man fight back against big business, which seems to insist on building cars without capacitors and audio amps with capacitors!

Well that will rectify the problem !

It makes no sense,even if the capacitor is a flux capacitor holding a couple farads,when the electric sistem is not under load the capacitor will pull power and consume more gas,as long as the cap dosent produce power on its own i dosent help at all
