Also, you are only using 3k Ohm to decouple the V1 and V2 stages. You can use 30k or 60k here and it will bring down the ripple a lot more on V1, which is amplifying something like a 5 millivolt MM cartridge signal.
BUT still - Hum pretty much certainly comes from some ground loop. Try a single-point ground or use a ground bus. Yes, it's a pain in the butt to do, but hum comes from ground loops all the time.
