Hi i mount a 300watt power amplifier when i turned up the volume to max for 1 channel i could hear a distorted sound on the 2 channel can you pls help me thnks

Which model of amplifier? Maybe you are triggering a protection circuit.

This is called crosstalk and pretty much normal.

What is the output voltage in this situation on channel 1 and 2. Is there dummy load on channel 1?

This is a common behaviour of every amplifier. LOL!
