I replaced the outputs and driver ic’s also check the gate resistors .
When I try to power the amp up it installs blows the outputs again.
It shorts Q4001,4002,4003,4004
Any ideas ?

With those outputs removed I get no rail to rail oscillation if that’s what you mean .
If that’s not what you mean how to I check to see if the other half is oscillating ?

If you drive a signal into the amp, do you see that signal on the input pins of the driver IC (on the half that didn't fail)?
Yes I’m driving signal onto the amp a 100hz some wave .
But I do not get a square wave on pins 1,12 of ic9704

I rechecked a couple things .
It doesn’t appear the amp is powering up
It’s not producing rail or regulated voltages now
