does anybody know where i can get a scematic. i need to know what part # to get for the power supply drivers (Q901, Q902).

I don't have the manual. Are there any markings or numbers on the drivers?

on 1 of em i can see BA. sot-223 package.

Are you sure it's the SOT-223 package? I don't see one with the marks BA.

same type of package but a little bit smaller.

If these are PNP drivers, look up the datasheet for a 2SB1260 to see if it will fit.

It should be a good sub (assuming that the originals are PNP transistors).
