hi! I need help...
The Alpine 3558 cycling its rail voltages measured through a pair of buss bar(red probe and black probe negative of speaker terminal)...it went from -+10 to -+3V, and returns back to -+10V. Two leds lights up indicated as mute.
I recap all those small capacitors except for a big capacitors.

Do you have the service manual?

The modules in the power supply sometimes fail.
Try defeating the protection if you don't see DC or other problems in one channel that could be triggering the protection circuit.
