I have an Alphasonik PMA800DA with a fried inductor.
Does anyone have the inductance value by chance?
This one is burnt so bad it burnt the via out and I am left with a hole to fix. The windings are charred black where its mounted to the board.
See Attached.

The windings look OK, in general. It could be that the only problem is the burned connection in the board.
If it is bad, count the wraps when unwinding and rewind the same (but I think it's OK).

Indeed your were right Perry.
Both connections were broken from the board and I did have 1 severed winding I just patched up and heat-shrinked. After repairing the connections to the board, everything else checked out fine and the amp passed a bench test without issues.
I assume the lack of epoxy/glue to reinforce the inductor was the cause. Was a short easy repair though. I hate seeing inductor damage. I dread the day I am forced to rewind one.
