Dear Group,

As far as I know, there have been exactly two efforts to commercialize direct drive amps for ESL's: One by Acoustat (Acoustat X) and one by Beveridge. Both companies dissolved for a time afterwards. They are/were both back recently.

Now, in this context, who can inform about a certain "Kimmel all triode no feedback amplifier" for use as a direct drive for an ESL? Any leads? Info? Who's Kimmel?
