anyone know what is the different between aleph 0 and aleph 0s??

Aleph0 is about 100W mono, 0s about 30W stereo. if I remember correctly.

The 0s is a 0 with the hardware resources split between
2 channels, and is 40 watts instead of 75.

Not really. On either of the two versions you can
disable the current source, but then it's not the same
amp at all.

u mean the current sourse in the v1.4 of alpeh0s?? i can see u have a total different design between v1.3 and v1.4, which one is better to build?
