I'm about to start building an Aleph 3, but I can't figure out what the watt ratting on the power resistors needs to be. Does anyone know what would be an adequate rating?
Also can anyone recomend a decent quality power resistor? I can't afford a Caddok or Vishay and can't find many other metal film power resistors. Thanks a bunch.

Rob,
Although the Caddock or Vishay might sound better (I don't know--haven't tried 'em), you'll do just fine with the 3W Panasonic (Matsushita) resistors from Digikey. Try part number P0.47W-3BK-ND

I have seen an example of Aleph 4 where the power resistors were 5W power, you can take bigger value, but 5W is a good value.
