I have the octal vertion of that amp with the phono preamp board, it is a little confusing all the potential options on building those circuits. I would be interested in what your case will look like, I have mine built but not tested need to make a nice case to go with a pair of Pete Miletts KT88 amps. I saw a nice retro looking case with the front angled at a 45 degees about half way up with the controls on the angled potion.
