ADAU1452 PLL unlocked

Hello Everybody,
I'm just building my DSP design with ADAU1452 and I have issue with PLL lock. It's unlocked all the time and I can't figure out why.
The PLL filter voltage is 3.25V, very close to 3.3V PVDD voltage
Master clock 12.288MHz is working
It's made on 4-layer PCB

I've attached schematic, PCB layout of PLL and Sigmastudio status

Problem fixed, JLCPCB assembly service placed 560 Ohm resistors instead of Ferrite Beads (600Ohm @ 100MHz), so DSP did not have enough power. And I did not notice that. It's working now
