Hi ya boys and girls,
I was just given a stock DVD 2900- drawer is starting to fail but once you get a disc to read it works OK- why did Denon build these things with such cheap mechanisms?- laser and drawer really are not on par relative to the price-
Anyway I was thinking of using the DAC to decode the digital output of a Sonos system and am wondering if anyone has ventured forth and established a digital input on one of these beasts.
thanks for your time and happy new year

Do you know the DAC model? or have photos of the internal boards?. The answer would be "yes" if you can identify the I2S input pins. If the sonus has spdif output, then you can use a spdif-i2s interface.
