Use the 4 Ohm connection. "8 Ohm loudspeaker" is pretty meaningless anyway. If you were to measure its impedance against frequency, you would find that it wobbles all over the place due to mechanical resonances, crossovers, and voice coil inductance. If you use the 4 Ohm tap you may lose a little power. If you use the 15 Ohm tap you will lose far more power and gain a lot of distortion.
