Hi.
Anybody heard of this tube- 837 ?
Any data in triode mode ?
It is beautiful. The anode is big and looks like 811's. It has two cathodes and a nasty socket.
My pair is russian G-837 from 1963.
Best wishes,
Simeon Petkov

Don't they have same pinout as American 837?It has two cathodes and a nasty socket.
Is it not better to use a 807 this tube is made to handle AF signals
Probably. 807 is a beam power tube while 837 is a true pentode. It is like comparing a 6V6 to a 6F6.
