8-Hafler (Hitachi) MOSFETs; 4ea: 2SJ49 (P), 2SK134 (N)

A complete set for a DH-200/220/P-225 amplifier or other amplifier with 65 VDC rail voltages.

These are pulls from a working amplifier but all have been checked and found working OK and still matched. Matching was done on my trusty Hafler MOSFET checker (see picture below).

$65 for the set post paid First Class mail to lower 48.

PayPal preferred.
