6505+ repair need some help

Hello,
I received for free a 6505+ 112 combo that I'am trying to fix.

I don't know what happens because I don't know too much the previous owner it 'seem that He try t replace some components .

https://www.thetubestore.com/lib/thetubestore/schematics/Peavey/Peavey-6505PLUS-112-Schematic.pdf
I replaced C32 / C33 the big filtering caps , R102, R103
R 17 was fried but strangely the value was 470 instead of 390 on the schematic I put the same .
the diode rectifier D19 /D18 /D24/D23 .
I tested all components of the supply stages with a multimeter ( rectifier, resistors ... )

After that I probably made a noob error : I powered it without tubes and C33 fryed again while putting the standby on .
I would like to know what is the best way to test it ? and to be sure something will not fry again when powering it on ?

Thanks,
