Friends
I finish my 3C24 amplifier project.
This tube really sound fine. My amplifier use a 6N6P tube in input, a BU208A power transistor in emitter follower for driver direct the grid of the 3C24 tube.

Looks impressive, especially with cherry red plates. I was going to try building something with the 3C24 but the output level is a bit low for my speakers.

Nicely done !
What is that music it was playing in your video ?
Very nice Aldovan. I have seen that tube from time to time and always thought it would be a cool tube to build around. Do you have a scheem?
Congratulations!! I also have had my eyes on this tube but never found a schematic worth trying, care to share?

Schematic
Yes, I have the schematic...
This project is mine, them can can need some otimizations...
The BU208A do not is the more recommended transistor, you can use a more "HIFI" type...
Aldovan 😱

What about damping factor ? I dumped my 3C24 breadboard , even with cathode feedback the bass was one-note and stodgy
316A
damping
I do not use feedback... The bass is good for my ears, see in the video...

Well, this just proves that I only know one or two songs from Rolling Stones 🙂 I really like the intro and I'd like to use the same song to test my gear so I'm eagerly awaiting your reply.

The CD is the VOODOO LOUNGE and the music is THE WORST.

Aldovan,
After further research, I found what I was looking for. Your amp sounds great by the way.
Cheers

Heat dissipators on 3c24
Where did you find your heat dissipators for the grid and plate connections on the 3c24's?
I have a few 3c24's and would like to give them a workout, but I do not have dissipators to make them run cool at this time.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
