310A tubes.. Country of origin

So I've got a large supply of 310A tubes that appear to be NOS, absolutely mint. They're labelled as Sylvania, made in W. Germany.

I've attached a pic of one of them (The one I'm holding in the pic). What I'm wondering though, is if these are likely Russian made?.. I can't seem to find much info on these tubes online.

Besides being interested in the differences between the different country's of manufacture, I'm kind of trying to determine value of them.

Are these likely just your run of the mill Russian 310A tubes?
I've attached a few images of the common Russian ones as well (the 3 images to the right)..

They are USSR, the Russian printing and OTK mark is a strong clue. Also the Svetlana logo shows it is from the Ukraine factory.

Only the first picture is the type I have.. The only markings on it that I can see are "Sylvania" on the base, and "310A" & "Made in W. Germany" on the glass..

The other three pics are Russian examples that I'm comparing to..

I'm just trying to figure out if these "Sylvania" "Made in W. Germany" ones that I have are actually just relabelled Russian tubes.

Sylvania and Russian tubes look so similar that I would ques that Sylvania tube is re branded Russian tube. Most re branded Russian tubes in the USA seems to carry fake Made In W. Germany mark. This is almost 100% sure as only early Sovtek Branded 6CA7 tubes were so similar to GE 6CA7 that you had to see grid cage to tell difference between designs, even mica spacers looked similar to me.

Okay, that's definitely what it seems like to me as well.
Thanks for the info.
