I have a box of 2SK135 and 2SJ50 MOSFET's Hitachi, obsolete parts, no longer in production. They are of an old design but they are excellent for some types of audio applications.
I can also match them for an extra fee. Datasheets are soon available from my site but they aren't published yet. I have scanned them from a databook and I will make pdf's of the scanned pages.
Check my homepage for details.

You don't happen to have some of these?
* 2SK537 (Toshiba)
* 2SK1530 (Toshiba)
* 2SJ201 (Toshiba)
Two of them are hard to find (here in Sweden = Elfa). They are the last thing to assemble on my Crescendo Millenium, which has been laying around for almost a year now.

Why don't you check http://www.questlink.com and also http://www.irf.com ?
You can use almost any type which fits the pcb. Choose as low current as possible and also low voltage. Then you get low capacitances which is good for stability reasons.
You may redesign the bias circuits since "modern" fet's have higher Vth (turn on voltage).
