2SJ75 and 2SK240 are dual matched p-/n-channel Junction FETs which are build in a discrete way. Toshiba Corp. uses for the SJ75 two matched 2SJ74 and for the SK240 two 2SK170, glue them together and fix them in a special metal housing.
So you can use the corresponding datasheets.

Would you happen to know of a place that has a datasheet for the (NEC, I think ?) 2SK163? I've had no luck with my (and some of your) usual links and have given up 🙁
