2sb631 and 2sd600 replacement.

Hi all
I got above mentioned driver transistors to run power mosfets IRF3205. And those found to be shorted. I cant get them from digikey. Only place they are available is from china through Ebay.

I have got BD139 and BD140 with me. Can I use these or can I buy those chinese transistors?
If not please give me better substitute. Thank you.

The BD139/140 are good universal drivers for the power supply.

For audio circuit drivers, they often can't withstand the voltage.
