24" sub for DIY ?

Has any of you builders tried the Precision Devices Prestige Series - PD 2450 driver for a DIY Sub??

Hope you have a HUGE room if you decide to build it...

Your system will be faster and go lower if you consider using the Bag End ELF technology instead... I've just replied to another sub post here:
