200$ subwoofer project [NEED PARTS]

Purpose: Music (home usage/parties)

What's the best driver/amplifier (plate) I can get for 200$? It doesn't have to be audiophile quality. I just want it to perform good at high volumes since it will be used on parties mostly.

Is it only for driver and plate amp or also for the wood, Cabling, ports, and other needed acessories?

Only for driver and plate amplifier. Other things not included. The only problem is that I am in Europe (Croatia more specifically). For plate amp I was thinking about Bash 300W Digital Subwoofer Amplifier 300-750

EDIT: Budget can be stretched to 250-300$ MAX.

Find a broken power amp cheap and repair it. Become friendly with insane musicians and maybe one of them will sell you a used amp of dubious provenance cheap.

Consider a horn-loaded sub since higher sensitivity has numerous benefits. Or go bandpass and tune it for a loud kick drum.

Obtain one good amp OR build one good sub, and rent what you don't have.
