1. What happens if i lower the voltage from 17V to 15 V (or lower) in Zenamp?
2. Can i use 33000 µF 40V capacitors in Aleph5?

Beim Zen wird der Aussteuerbereich kleiner. Am Besten mit vergleichbarer Last den größten Aussteuerbereich einstellen.
Die Elkos kannst Du nehmen, wieso auch nicht.

I told him he could use the caps and for the Zen he must adjust it with a load, sine wave gen. and a scope to the greatest undistorted (clipped) signal.

That's correct, Wroclaw, Breslau before WW2. You should see the city now, especially the marketplace. It's very nice, much, much better that ten years ago. Unfortunately, we have but a few audio shops, and, what's worse, getting some decent transistors, not to mention heatsinks is extremely hard ;-((( ... But the town is still nice, and I think you could come by when you're near... 🙂))
